With more than 19 years of experience in diverse portfolios in the green technology and biotechnology industry, Elina possesses a strong background in the public sector, as well as extensive experience in corporate sector. Elina Jani is currently one of the Senior Directors for in Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), and the Chief Executive Officer of GreenTech Malaysia Alliances (GTMA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MGTC. Elina has delivered close to RM30 billion worth of potential Investments for Malaysia’s Green Technology Sector from 2016-2022 from various projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, green buildings, low carbon mobility, waste, sustainable water and sustainable manufacturing of green products. She has personally engaged and nurtured hundreds of companies in the green technology sector, and involved in changing the mindset of hundreds more companies originally not in the green space, to pursue sustainability for the future.
