Nazrul is currently the Group Chief Strategy Officer at TalentCorp where he oversees the strategy development and alignment of the organisation. He works collaboratively with key stakeholders across industry, academia & Government to develop and execute demand-driven talent solutions to meet the current and future talent needs of the country. Prior to TalentCorp, Nazrul spent 18 years in the public sector. Nazrul holds a Masters in Business Administration (Sustainable Development) from the University of Science Malaysia and Bachelor of Science (Business Computing) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
