Michael is the Co-Founder of ReF.Team, bringing over 20 years of experience in multinational ventures. His expertise spans entrepreneurship, management, innovation, digital transformation, Agile processes, and software engineering. Michael has mentored more than 120 startups in Southeast Asia and has been involved in Smart City innovation research. Prior to co-founding ReF.Team, Michael worked as a lecturer and consultant in Southeast Asia. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Thammasat University in Thailand, focusing on Smart City innovation. Throughout his extensive career in technology consulting, he has been involved as a solutions architect with companies such as Pitney Bowes, Motorola, and Accenture.
