His extensive leadership positions in sustainability-related organisations demonstrate his dedication to driving change and accelerating innovation to achieve sustainable development goals. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience as an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Council Member for the Professional Alliance for Circular Economy at Universiti Teknologi Petronas, and Country Representative in the ALP Steering Committee at the Asia LEDS Partnership. Ir. Ts. Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor has held prominent leadership positions in organisations such as Sustainable Business Network Association Malaysia, Green Growth Asia Foundation, and Planters Industrial Cooperative and was an HRD Corp Industry Expert Committee member, providing expert guidance on capacity-building training courses.
