Ingo brings with him more than 25 years of Human Resource and Management experience in the Infrastructure-, Aviation-, Railway-, Communication- and Engineering-industries to Stanton Chase´s clients. He began his career as a Project Manager, then moved on to Finance and Controlling and has held Chief Financial Officer and General Manager positions with responsibility for Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, IT and HR. He came to Malaysia in 1995 as Commercial Project Manager for the construction and operation of the STAR LRT line. He joined Stanton Chase after several years with an accomplished Executive Search boutique firm, where he successfully supported SMEs and international groups. Born in Frankfurt/Main, he holds an MBA degree from Strathclyde University in Glasgow and worked for twelve years in Asia and North Africa. He is still a passionate Field Hockey player and is nominated to represent Malaysia in the 2024 Hockey-Veteran´s Worldcup in New Zealand.
