Dr. Alexander T. Rosete is a distinguished and seasoned professional in communication, public administration, and urban housing and development. His extensive background includes human resources, organization development, and humanitarian aid administration. Currently, he serves as the City Administrator of Malabon. He was the Director and Chief Administrative Officer of the Manila City Government-Urban Settlements Office. Before his appointment in Malabon City, he held directorial positions in the Philippine Red Cross, the Philippines’ premiere humanitarian organization. Dr. Rosete holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU), where his dissertation, "Management of Manila’s Land for the Landless Housing Services Program," earned the Best Dissertation award. In 2024, the De La Salle Araneta University Alumni Association honored him as an Outstanding Alumnus in the Government Sector. Throughout his career, Dr. Rosete has demonstrated a solid commitment to academia and professional development.
