Chad Zhang is the Vice President of CRSCI Asia Pacific and Managing Director of CRSCI Malaysia, bringing nearly a decade of leadership in international railway signaling and communication projects. A registered Railway Signal Engineer, Zhang has held key executive positions within China Railway Signal & Communication Co., Ltd. (CRSC), a global leader in rail transit control technology. He began his senior leadership journey in 2015 as General Manager of the CRSC Design Institute’s Overseas Department, before being appointed Vice President of CRSCI South America in 2019. In 2020, he transitioned to lead CRSCI Asia Pacific, and by 2022, he also assumed the role of Managing Director in Malaysia, driving the company’s regional growth. Under his leadership, CRSC continues to expand its presence in urban transit and international railway projects, contributing to the development of smart, safe, and sustainable transportation systems worldwide.
