Girish M. Ramachandran is the Founder and Executive Director for 27Advisory and 27Group of Companies. He was awarded as Top 15 in Prestige Malaysia’s Top 40 under 40 in year 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience carrying out more than 270 positional assessments, business process reviews, feasibility studies, proposal evaluations, strategy exercises, due diligence exercises, turnarounds, valuations, business plans, master plans, special administrators, receiverships, court and voluntary liquidations, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, investigations and various consultancy assignments on corporate entitles for Governments, management, shareholders, lenders and prospective investors. Prior to founding 27Group of companies, he was the Business Development Director of Arcadis, an international consulting firm in the space of built asset & engineering. Before that, he was with Ernst & Young audit, restructuring, corporate finance teams and then head hunted by PricewaterhouseCoopers in their corporate finance and management consulting departments and in short stint as head of Finance for a global enterprise which was involved in commercialization of ground-breaking technologies. He was again headhunted in 2004 to head the consulting for RSM International’s Malaysia business and has grown the business from zero to one of the leading strategic consulting outfits in Malaysia to date.
