Ar. Chan Seong Aun

    Ar. Chan Seong Aun graduated with B. Bdg Sc, B. Architecture (Hons) and Master of Architecture (Distinction.) from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Currently he is the Principal for Arkitek Daya Seni Sdn Bhd and has more than 25 years experience as a professional Architectand successfully completed high rise condominium, Hotel, Resort, Shopping Mall and housing projects through Malaysia over the last 20 years. Ar Chan has served as PAM President 2013-2015, PAM Council Member, the Chairman of Government Liason Committee, Chairman of Professional Practice Committee, Honorary Secretary and Vice President

    He is also representative for PAM as committee for the CIDB Industry Master Plan, PSDC, SIRIM Standard – MS1525:2006 Code of Practice on Energy, Kementerian Tenaga Air Dan Komunikasi Committee on Energy Efficiency and Malaysia etc. He is the author for the ‘Low Energy School Design. A Study of Factors Affecting Energy Use In New Zealand Primary Schools’, Co-Author for ‘Energy Cost of Houses & Light Construction Buildings’, ‘Energy Performance of Buildings’. Ar Chan also has given talk on ‘Low Energy Building Components’, ‘Designing Low Energy Buildings Using Energy 10’ and also the ‘Energy Efficiency of Air Conditioning’.
